Participant Research is a qualitative research consultancy. We use creative techniques to unlock the underlying motivations and perceptions of customers and clients. Fundamentally, we unlock the stories that surround an issue, brand, experience or new idea.

Gerry Keane owns and operates Participant Research. He is a graduate of the University of Alberta (Psychology and Sociology) and a member in good standing with the Marketing Research and Intelligence Association (MRIA). He is also a Certified Marketing Research Professional (CMRP).  He has conducted over 850 focus groups and in-depth interviews.
